Ordering Are there other sizes available? Will you be getting more? Only the sizes listed are available for purchase. If you do not see a size or a style this means that it is sold out. The inventory on our website is updated to the minute. This means that when a customer orders the last of a style or size it is immediately removed from the website and once a size or style sells out it is no longer available to other customers. Some items sell out within days and we cannot guarantee that an item you see today will still be here tomorrow. How can I check to see if an item is available in another Size or color? To check if an item is available in another color please use the search box at the top left of every page and enter the items name or number. So for example if you'd like to check to see if an item named Pink Rhinestone Halter Top 5234 was available in another color you'd type 5234 or Rhinestone into the search box and then click Search. This will bring up all the listings of the available colors of that item if it is available in additional colors.

You can order online or by phone. Ordering online is fast and easy and we guarantee the security of your information on our site. To order online simply add your items to your cart. To do so click the click the add to cart button. Then click checkout when you have everything you want. You will then be prompted to provide your shipping and payment information. We would be happy to supply you with our line of clothes. When your order is placed immediately after payment you will see an order confirmation page. This page confirms that your order has been placed and recieved at juniorTrends. Just Click MY ACCOUNT at the upper left corner, login and click View the orders I have made. Also you will receive a email confirming your order. If you do not see this email please be sure to also check your bulk/spam email folder for it . If you do not see the email your email provider may have accidently blocked our email. First please check carefully and make sure that you are entering all of your address information correctly. We will ship your item to the address that you list as your shipping address but the billing address that you enter must match the address that is on your credit card statement. Another possible reason is that you have reached your daily spending limit. Almost every credit card has a daily spending limit which is usually a couple hundred dollars. If you have reached this daily spending limit your bank will refuse the charge even though the funds are there. To resolve just use another credit card, contact your bank to have the limit lifted or wait and try your order again tomorrow. Can I have my order shipped to an address other than the one listed on my credit card statement? Yes you can. When you enter your address information at our checkout there are two sections- shipping address and billing address. Please enter the address that you'd like your item shipped to in the shipping address section and write the address that is on your credit card in the billing address section. We will then mail your order to the address listed as the shipping address. You should expect a phone call from a company representative soon after the order when using a different shipping address.
After an order has been placed additional items cannot be added. If you need additional items you would need to place a new (seperate) order and seperate shipping charges would apply. Do you sell to customers outside of the US? Yes, as long as your credit card bank uses address verification services(AVS). We only ship to the billing address of the credit card. Insurance is mandantory and usually covered in the shipping charges. You may be required to fill out a credit card authorization form.
